St. Louis College Valenzuela (SLCV) is a private Catholic school in Valenzuela City founded by Jose C. Olivares in 1976. It has two campuses, one in Maysan, Valenzuela and one in Ugong, Valenzuela. The school is formerly known as Philippine College of Technological Resources (PCTR).
