Southeast Asia Interdiscplinary Development Institute (SAIDI) was founded in 1965. It provides the frameworks and tools to leaders, corporate managers and executives that are essential in facing today's different issues and concerns that challenge organizations.
SAIDI is known for its program in Organization Development (OD). It is available for a Master's Degree, Doctorate Degree, or a combination of both. It also offers a Master's degree in Instruction Development and Technology. Learning Series in Educational Leadership, Leadreship Development, and Positive Organization Development are offered. All of the programs are recognzed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd).
SAIDI has established itself as an institution that provides quality and learner-centered graduate programs. It takes pride that their graduates have earned key roles in various organizations in the Asia-Pacific region.
