Rizal College of Taal (RCT) is a private educational institution in Taal, Batangas. Founded in 1923, it was built to provide secondary education in the town. Sometime after the Second World War, the school began offering college courses, short term technical courses, and paramedical courses. In addition to these new programs, RCT also expanded its facilities; the school grounds currently include a gymnasium, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a chapel, a library, a mock hotel, and various laboratories.
At present, the college offers undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Criminology, Teacher Education, and Business Education. A Master of Arts in Education program is also available for graduate-level students. RCT also has a high school department that caters to both Junior High School and Senior High School students. The SHS unit provides the ABM, HUMSS, STEM, and ICT strands.
