Cebu Technological University – Moalboal Campus is an external campus under the Cebu Technological University system. The operation of the campus began in 1947 through the Moalboal Municipal Council Resolution No. 87; it was then known as the Moalboal Provincial High School. Afterward, the school underwent changes in its name—from Moalboal Southern School of Fisheries to a shorter Moalboal School of Fisheries.
At present, CTU-Moalboal offers bachelor's degree courses in Teacher Education, Hospitality Management, Fisheries, and Industrial Technology. It also has graduate programs in the areas of Education, Industrial Technology, and Technology Management. These graduate courses and the school's Elementary and Secondary Education programs also have accreditations from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc (AACCUP). Aside from higher education programs, the Moalboal Campus also provides a Senior High School (SHS) program, specifically the ICT, HE, Agri-fishery Arts, and STEM strands.
